ORDERS and ORDER STATUS

Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days.  All orders ship via USPS ground service.  Therefore, you should expect your product will take at least 21 days to arrive.

Tracking numbers are emailed when a label is generated.  If you have not received an email with tracking after 10 days has elapsed, please contact us.  Otherwise, please allow the process to take its course.  Once you receive a tracking number, go to the official USPS website to track your order.  The US Postal Service can get backed up at times, so be sure to manage your shipment by keeping tabs on the tracking number by checking it daily to see progress.  If there appears to be an error, or if you have questions about delivery, please contact your local post office.

Special offers. 
Periodically, we offer buy one get one free offers.  Your receipt will not reflect the free items.  However, the items will be in the box, and the label on the box will reflect the free items.

Issues with shipment. 
Although it rarely ever happens, sometimes things go wrong.  For example, if you receive a damaged product, or if you receive the wrong order, you MUST email [email protected]  Include your name, date of purchase, the items you purchased, description of issue, and any photos that support your issue.  We will attempt to respond to your email within 5-business days.  If we do not, please email a second time.  When sending your email, do not use ALL CAPS or lots of !!!!! or ?????.  If you do, odds are high that your email will be deemed as spam.  We will get to your email, but not having all the information in the email will only slow down the process.  So please be accurate and clear with the information we require. We do not offer phone support.

Returning a shipment
All sales are final.WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

Disputing a payment
If you dispute your payment to us via your credit card company, odds are we will challenge the dispute unless we are in the wrong.  We take pride in our work, and therefore our ratio of orders shipped to disputes made is incredibly low.  Understand that placing a dispute will result in more than the dispute being challenged by us, you may end up being sent to collections.  In addition, any future orders from you will not be accepted or shipped.  With this in mind, most disputes come from people who do not recognize the charge on their statement.  Your credit card is billed by PROJECT 1600 INC (dba DML CBD).

Is your hemp based CBD a form of marijuana?
No. Hemp and marijuana are not the same.

Is CBD safe?
CBD is safe for most people, but you should always check with your doctor.

Do you test your products for quality and safety?
Yes.  DML CBD products are lab tested for such things as Cannabinoid Profiling, Pesticide Testing, and Terpene Analysis.

Is there more I should know?
Hemp oil from industrial hemp is currently legal to ship within the United States.  You should also consult with a doctor prior to using CBD products.

Will CBD make me fail a drug test?
We cannot guarantee you will not fail a drug test, especially if you use recreational drugs like marijuana or other CBD products in conjunction with DML CBD.  With that in mind, DML CBD products may contain a trace amount of the cannabinoid THC, but at less than .3%. The consumption of certain hemp products may lead to a positive drug test for tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). This is true simply because THC is inherently present in trace amounts in hemp plants. The legal limit of THC in hemp is no more than 0.3%. It’s important to understand that the underlying science behind the conversion of certain cannabinoids to other related cannabinoids when consumed is not yet fully understood. If you are subject to drug testing DMLcbd.com strongly suggests consulting your doctor before consuming any hemp products because individual biochemistry, the potential for the conversion of cannabinoids, and the possibility of trace, but legal, amounts of THC inherent in hemp products are all factors to consider.

Are there any negative side effects?
The FDA has not evaluated the CBD products on this website.  So please speak with your doctor before buying and using CBD products.

Do you offer a return policy?
No. As stated above: All sales are final. Please do not buy from our website unless you’ve communicated with your doctor to confirm that cbd products are right for you.

Can you ship to every country?
No. Only the USA.

I don’t do online sales, can I send you a check?
We do not take checks at this time.
