Below are the answers to the most commonly asked questions from customers.  Here you will find information about sales policies, shipping times and processes, product testing and selection, disclosures, order processing, payments, and more.

ORDERING, PAYMENTS, SHIPPING, BOGO, and ORDER STATUS

Orders.
We take online orders only. All sales are final.  No product returns are permitted. Buy at your own risk. By using this website you agree that you are 21-years-old. Do not use this website or make purchases if you are not 21-years-old.

Credit Cards.
We use Square to securely process credit cards payments.  We accept all major credit cards, Apply Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept checks, PayPal, crypto or wire transfers.

Information you provide
Please double check your email address and shipping address before you complete your check out process.  If you enter an incorrect email address then you will not receive an order confirmation or tracking number.  If you submit a wrong shipping address, or submit an old address, your package will not arrive to you.

We cannot change your address once an order is placed, and we do not control the US Postal Service. Meaning, we ship to the address you provide at check out.  The USPS will deliver the package to the address you listed.  Therefore, be sure to double check your shipping address at check out.  If you email us with a request to change a shipping address, we cannot guarantee your email will be read in time nor can we provide assurance the address will be edited.  You are responsible for the address you submit.  If your order is shipped to an address you mistakenly entered, then you must contact the ship-to address and tell the resident that your package is being sent to them.  You must make arrangements to pick it up. We also suggest you contact the USPS.  We cannot help you retrieve your package.

BOGO.
Periodically, we offer buy one get one free offers (BOGO).  When a BOGO is offered, it is announced in three ways.  (1) The DML News App is a free app available on Apple Podcasts and Google Play. We announce our BOGO specials on The DML News App under the DEALS tab.  (2) We send a blast email to existing customers who have subscribed to our newsletter.  (3) The Dennis Michael Lynch Podcast announces  BOGO offers when they happen.  The podcast is available on Apple Podcasts, iHeart, Spotify, and The DML News App.

Every few weeks, we offer BOGO deals for individual products.  A few times per year, we offer site-wide BOGO deals, which means everything on this website is a buy one get one free.  Active BOGO offers are listed on DMLcbd.com/bogo.

If you place a BOGO order, please note the following: Your receipt will not reflect the free item(s).  However, the item(s) will be included in the shipment.  Also, please note, shipping times for BOGO orders are typically longer than normal orders.  It could take between 3 to 4 weeks from the time of order to receive your package.  The average timeline from placing an order to receiving your order is 21 days.

Coupon codes.
There are no coupons accepted or needed during BOGO sales.  Notwithstanding BOGO, we periodically offer coupon codes for purchases made on our website.  Notwithstanding coupon codes given to active members of TeamDML (go to TeamDML.com for details), all coupon codes are time sensitive. Some coupons codes reflect a start date, and all coupon codes include an expiration date.

Coupon codes are time stamped in our ordering system, so when a coupon expires it is no longer valid.  Therefore, if a coupon is expired it will not work on our website. Coupon codes are applied during the check out process. It’s easy to do.  For example: Look at the screenshot below.  When checking out, click the blue link that reads ADD A COUPON CODE.  A box will open, enter the code.

 

Shipping.
As noted above, BOGO orders take more time.  Notwithstanding BOGO, most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days.  Some orders will ship sooner.  All orders ship via USPS ground service.  Therefore, you should expect your product will take at least 21 days to arrive.  In most cases it takes much less than 21 days.  If your order is valued at $1,000.00 or more, the shipment will be marked “signature required,” which means you must sign for the delivery in person.

Tracking numbers are emailed when a shipping label is generated.  If you have not received an email with tracking after 10 days has elapsed, please contact us via this website.  Otherwise, please allow the process to take its course.  For example, a shipping label may have been printed on a Friday but the shipment not picked up by USPS until Monday.  There will be no further tracking information until the box is scanned by USPS.

Once you receive a tracking number, go to the official USPS website to track your order.  The US Postal Service can get backed up at times, so be sure to manage your shipment by keeping tabs on the tracking number by checking it daily to see progress.  If there appears to be an error, or if you have questions about delivery, please contact your local post office.

Issues with shipment. 
Although it rarely happens, sometimes things go wrong with a shipment.  For example, if you receive a damaged product, or if you receive the wrong order, you MUST contact us immediately.  You can use the CONTACT form on this website, or email [email protected].  Please  include your full name as it appears on your order, the date of purchase, ALL the items purchased, description of the issue you are having, and any photos that support your issue.  We will attempt to respond to your email within 5-business days.  If we do not, please contact us a second time.  When sending an email, do not use ALL CAPS or lots of “!!!!!” or “?????” in your title or body.  If you do, odds are high that your email will be deemed as spam.  We will try to get to your email submission promptly, but not having all the information required will only slow down the process.  Therefore, please be accurate and clear when submitting the information. We do not offer phone support.

Returning a shipment
All sales are final.WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

MEDICAL QUESTIONS, PRODUCT ADVISE and RESULTS

Medical questions are for doctors only. We cannot answer your medical questions because DML CBD has no doctors on staff. Therefore, please contact your doctor with medical questions. Before taking CBD, get your doctor’s approval and be sure to tell your doctor about any and all drugs or medications you may be taking. Also, do not take CBD if you are pregnant or nursing without first speaking to your doctor.  The products listed on this website are not for children. These products are for adults only, and should not be used by people who are younger than 21-years-old.

Product advise.
People often ask what product is best for them. We do not provide advise on an individual basis. Each of us is different, so what works best for one person may not work best for another person.   In general, CBD products help many people improve sleep, diminish pain, curb anxiety, and boost the immune system.   The product descriptions on this website offer more details.

When will I feel or see a difference?
Each situation is unique. With this in mind, too many people start using CBD products and expect results in a day or two. Please note that using CBD is comparable to a smart diet plan. Meaning, if you take DML CBD for just one day, or if you use it inconsistently, your results may be limited.

Is your hemp based CBD a form of marijuana?
No.

Is CBD safe?
To date, the FDA has not evaluated CBD products. You should always check with your doctor before using CBD products. The products on this website are not intended for children.

Do you test your products for quality and safety?
Yes.  DML CBD products are lab tested.

Will CBD make me fail a drug test?
We sell both isolate and full spectrum CBD products, each is clearly marked on the website and product labels.  Regardless of what product you use, we cannot guarantee you will not fail a drug test.  With that in mind, you should go about your purchase knowing that DML CBD products may contain a trace amount of the cannabinoid THC.  We do not sell products that exceed the legal limit of THC .3%.  Please note, the consumption of certain hemp products may lead to a positive drug test for tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). This is true simply because THC is inherently present in trace amounts in hemp plants. Again, the legal limit of THC in hemp is no more than .3% and none of our products exceed the legal limit. It’s important to understand that the underlying science behind the conversion of certain cannabinoids to other related cannabinoids when consumed is not yet fully understood. If you are subject to drug testing, we strongly suggest consulting your doctor and employer before consuming any hemp products. Individual biochemistry, the potential for the conversion of cannabinoids, and the possibility of trace, but legal, amounts of THC inherent in hemp products are all factors to consider.

Are there any negative side effects?
We are unaware of any proven negative side effects.  The FDA has not evaluated the CBD, including the products on this website.  So please speak with your doctor before buying and using CBD products.  The CBD products on this website are for adults only, and should not be used by people who are younger than 21-years-old. If you believe you are experiencing a negative side effect from CBD, please contact your doctor immediately.

OTHER QUESTIONS and INFORMATION

Payment disputes.
Payment disputes are frowned upon. We are here to help you when issues arrive.  But sometimes it will take time to get the right answers, and in some cases the answer may be one you do not like (i.e., delayed shipment).  If you attempt to reverse your payment by placing a credit card dispute against us, odds are we will challenge the dispute.

We take payment disputes very seriously, regardless of the dollar amount. Understand that placing a payment dispute will result in more than the dispute being challenged by us, you may end up being sent to collections and a lien being placed against your assets.  In addition to being responsible for the disputed amount, we may seek to collect legal fees associated with recouping our payment from you.  In addition, any future orders from you will not be accepted or shipped.  With this in mind, most disputes come from people who do not recognize the charge on their credit card / bank statement.  Your credit card is billed by PROJECT 1600 INC (dba DML CBD).  Please, we urge you to contact us before placing a dispute.

Do you offer a return or exchange policy?
No. All sales are final.

Can you ship to countries outside the USA?
No.

Can I join a mailing list?
When you check out, please check the box that confirms you want to receive emails about future specials. We also offer text messaging, so click that box as well for text messages to be sent to your phone from DML CBD.  Please note, your carrier may charge you standard text messaging fees.

FDA DISCLOSURE
Representations regarding the efficacy and safety of DML Pure have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA only evaluates foods and drugs, and not CBD products. These products are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new CBD program. Will DML CBD mitigate, prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure COVID-19 in people?
We do not make any claims about our products being able to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease including Covid-19 and related viruses.  With this in mind, there are various studies that look very promising for the future of CBD.

Studies of interest.
The University of Chicago offered one study, which is also published on the National Institute of Health’s website.  The summary sentence of that study reads: Cannabidiol from the cannabis plant has potential to prevent and inhibit SARS-CoV-2 infection.

The second study was conducted was published by the State University of Oregon. On the universities website, the study is highlighted in an article that is titled: “Oregon State research shows hemp compounds prevent coronavirus from entering human cells.”

We urge you to read both amazing studies.  At the same time, although we are encouraged by the findings of both studies, and although many of our customer testimonials reflect similar results as the studies highlight, suggest, and reveal, we do not make any claims that our products will produce the same positive results as the studies suggest. The CBD products on this website are for adults only, and should not be used by people who are younger than 21-years-old.
