ORDERING, ORDER STATUS, and SHIPPING
We take online orders only, we do not accept checks nor do we operate a retail (brick and mortar) location.
We use Square to process our credit cards payments. We take all major credit cards.
Information you provide
Please double check your email address and shipping address before you complete your check out process. If you enter an incorrect email address you will never receive your confirmation of order or tracking. If you use the wrong address, or an old address, your package will not arrive to you.
We cannot change addresses once an order is placed, and we do not control the US Postal Service. Meaning, we ship to the address you provide at check out. The USPS will deliver the package to the address you listed. Therefore, be sure to check your shipping address at check out. Once submitted, there is no turning back. If you email us asking to change an address, we cannot guarantee your email will be read in time nor can we provide assurance the address will be changed. You are responsible for the address you submit. If your order has shipped to an address you mistakenly entered, then you must contact the ship to address and tell them your package is being sent to them. We also suggest your contact the USPS. We cannot help you retrieve your package.
Periodically, we offer buy one get one free offers (BOGO). When a BOGO is offered, it is announced in three ways. (1) The DML News App is a free app available on Apple Podcasts and Google Play. We advertise our BOGO specials on the app under the DEALS tab. (2) We send a blast email to existing customers. (3) The Dennis Michael Lynch Podcast announces BOGO offers when they happen. The podcast is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and The DML News App.
All BOGO offers are unique. You can determine which products are offered by reading the top paragraph on the product description page. There will be text reading “There is NO BOGO for this product,” or, “There is a BOGO for this product.” Your receipt will not reflect the free (BOGO) items. However, the items will be in the box.
Coupon codes offer our customers a chance to save money. The coupons are time sensitive: Some coupons come with a start date, all coupons include an expiration date. Coupons are time stamped in our ordering system, so when a coupon expires it is no longer valid. Therefore, if a coupon is expired it will not work on our website. Coupon codes are applied during the check out process. It’s easy to do. For example: Look at the screenshot below. When checking out, click the blue link that reads ADD A COUPON CODE. A box will open, enter the code.
Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days. All orders ship via USPS ground service. Therefore, you should expect your product will take at least 21 days to arrive. In most cases it takes much less than 21 days.
Tracking numbers are emailed when a shipping label is generated. If you have not received an email with tracking after 10 days has elapsed, please contact us via this website. Otherwise, please allow the process to take its course. Once you receive a tracking number, go to the official USPS website to track your order. The US Postal Service can get backed up at times, so be sure to manage your shipment by keeping tabs on the tracking number by checking it daily to see progress. If there appears to be an error, or if you have questions about delivery, please contact your local post office.
Issues with shipment.
Although it rarely happens, sometimes things go wrong with a shipment. For example, if you receive a damaged product, or if you receive the wrong order, you MUST email contact us immediately. You can use the CONTACT form on this website, or email [email protected] Please include your full name as it appears on your order, the date of purchase, ALL the items purchased, description of the issue you are having, and any photos that support your issue. We will attempt to respond to your email within 5-business days. If we do not, please contact a second time. When sending an email, do not use ALL CAPS or lots of !!!!! or ?????. If you do, odds are high that your email will be deemed as spam. We will try to get to your email and submission promptly, but not having all the information required will only slow down the process. Therefore, please be accurate and clear when submitting the information. We do not offer phone support.
Returning a shipment
All sales are final.WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
MEDICAL QUESTIONS, PRODUCT ADVISE and RESULTS
We cannot answer medical based questions. We at DML CBD are not doctors. Therefore, please contact your doctor with medical questions. Be sure to tell your doctor about any and all drugs or medications you may be taking. Also, do not take CBD if you are pregnant or nursing without first speaking to your doctor.
People often ask what product is best for them. Each of us is different, so what works best for one person may not work best for another person. In general, CBD products help many people improve sleep, diminish pain, curb anxiety, and boost the immune system. The product descriptions on this website offers more details.
When will I feel or see a difference?
Each situation is unique. Our founder, DML, says it took 4 months of taking DML CBD to feel the full impact. His wife says it took her just one week. With this in mind, too many people start using CBD products and expect results in a day or two. Please note that using CBD is comparable to a smart diet plan. Meaning, if you take DML CBD for just one day, or if you use it inconsistently, your results may be limited.

Disputing a payment
We are here to help you. But sometimes it will take time to get the right answers, and in other cases there may be an answer you do not like. If you place a credit card dispute against us, odds are we will challenge the dispute. Understand that placing a dispute will result in more than the dispute being challenged by us, you may end up being sent to collections. In addition, any future orders from you will not be accepted or shipped. With this in mind, most disputes come from people who do not recognize the charge on their statement. Is your hemp based CBD a form of marijuana?
Is CBD safe?
CBD is safe for most people, but you should always check with your doctor.
Do you test your products for quality and safety?
Yes. DML CBD products are lab tested by a third-party for such things as Cannabinoid Profiling, Pesticide Testing, and Terpene Analysis.
Will CBD make me fail a drug test?
We cannot guarantee you will not fail a drug test, especially if you use recreational drugs like marijuana or other CBD products in conjunction with DML CBD. With that in mind, DML CBD products may contain a trace amount of the cannabinoid THC, but at less than .3%. The consumption of certain hemp products may lead to a positive drug test for tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). This is true simply because THC is inherently present in trace amounts in hemp plants. The legal limit of THC in hemp is no more than .3%. It’s important to understand that the underlying science behind the conversion of certain cannabinoids to other related cannabinoids when consumed is not yet fully understood. If you are subject to drug testing, we strongly suggests consulting your doctor before consuming any hemp products. Individual biochemistry, the potential for the conversion of cannabinoids, and the possibility of trace, but legal, amounts of THC inherent in hemp products are all factors to consider.
Are there any negative side effects?
We are unaware of any proven negative side effects. The FDA has not evaluated the CBD, including the products on this website. So please speak with your doctor before buying and using CBD products. If you believe you are experiencing a negative side effect from CBD, please contact your doctor immediately.
Do you offer a return or exchange policy?
No. All sales are final.

Will DML CBD mitigate, prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure COVID-19 in people?
On January 31, 2020, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a declaration of a public health emergency related to COVID-19 and mobilized the Operating Divisions of HHS. In addition, on March 13, 2020, President Trump declared a national emergency in response to COVID-19. In 2021, there were two studies conducted that claim CBD can potentially be a useful tool in preventing and treating COVID-19. The University of Chicago offered one study, which is also published on the National Institute of Health’s website. The summary sentence of that study reads: Cannabidiol from the cannabis plant has potential to prevent and inhibit SARS-CoV-2 infection.
The second study was conducted was published by the State University of Oregon. On the universities website, the study is highlighted in an article that is titled: “Oregon State research shows hemp compounds prevent coronavirus from entering human cells.”
We urge you to read both amazing studies. At the same time, although we are encouraged by the findings of both studies, and although many of our customer testimonials reflect the same results and messaging as the studies reveal, we do not make any claims that our products will produce the same positive results as the studies suggest.
